Cosplay meet-ups, book signings, conventions, art nights- Pop Cultured hosts all this and so much more in-store and at The Overlook, Mill No. 5’s fifth floor event space.

  • B-Sides The Art of Music

    Tune in and explore the rich sounds of Lowell's musical heritage as seen through the eyes of its vibrant artist communities. B-Sides: The Art of Music is free to the public and can be seen from July 1st through August 5th during Mill No. 5’s regular open hours in spots throughout the building.

  • Summer Block Party

    Come build some good times at our "Summer Block Party," an afternoon of building block fun on August 3rd! Our indoor all-ages extravaganza will be packed with classic block party activities and carnival-style games all with a toy brick twist.

  • Dog Days

    Have a pet who deserves nothing but the best? Join Pop Cultured and Mill No. 5 on August 17th for "Dog Days," the ultimate event for pets and their people. Socialize with other animal lovers while visiting our specialty marketplace full of artisan goods geared for you and your furry, scaly, and feathered friends.

    Pets, and their well behaved humans, are welcome at this indoor, free to attend event.

Our biggest fall event is Pop Comic Con- and we want you to join us in making it the best one yet. We are currently accepting applications from makers, artists, artisans, collectors, creators and other vendors that appeal to a pop culture, comic, geeky fandom crowd

Many thanks to everyone who made Pop Anime Con ‘24 the amazing event it was- from our contest judges, to our staff, to everyone at the mill, to everyone who came out for the day. Stranger than Fiction is the hilarious improv group that ended the evening with Anime-Osity. And the strolling magic was brought to you by Ryan Wallace, the Nerd Magician.
